  Best CrossFit box in town. Amazing programming that helps increase my strength and endurance, but also just amazing members! CrossFit Redding works hard to cultivate an accepting community that makes this gym a great place for anyone at any level to work out. An awesome kids program too! And I especially love how they support the local non profit CFR Youth Athletic Club, who goes into the schools and works with the at risk youth of the City. Definitely worth a drop in if you haven't been by, especially since the remodel!
